'Fashion Tech Journalist Amanda Cosco takes you inside MakeFashion, a high-tech, high-fashion runway show in Calgary, Alberta. Make Fashion asks us to consider wearable technology beyond the wrist, and reveals what’s possible when our clothing is equipped with new communicative capacities. More than 100 artists, designers, and makers collaborated to produce 50 one-of-a-kind wearable art pieces that incorporate new technologies such as sensors, 3D printing, and projection mapping.
