'Singapore is now ranked the world\'s number 8 top fashion capital, according to a recent report. It\'s the first time Singapore\'s broken into the top 10, and we now join cities like London, New York, Paris and Milan on the prestigious list. But do we have what it takes to really be a trendy fashion capital of the world?
