'This is the third video in the series of Old Fashion Candy Making. In this video I show you how to create a wonderful candy that is so popular in our family at Christmas time. Here\'s the recipe... 1/2 c butter 3/4 c brown sugar 1 c chopped pecans 1/2 c chocolate chips Sprinkle chopped pecans onto the bottom of an 8x8 buttered pan. Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for seven minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately pour over pecans. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the surface of the candy mixture and cover to let the chocolate melt. When melted spread chocolate out. Cool. Break into bite size pieces. Store in an airtight container.
