'The dwarf Midnight Wine Weigela is not looking the best even this is its second Spring. Possibly not enough sun where it is located. Purchased this old fashion Weigela. It is so full of flower buds. Now in blooms and bees love it. To be fair, this one has way more sun than the dwarf one. Home garden in Canada west coast zone 7'
