INGREDIENTS - 60mL Bourbon Whiskey - 10mL Sugar Syrup (2:1) - 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters HOW TO 1. Fill a mixing glass with ice 2. Add ingredients to the mixing glass 3. Stir for 25 seconds or until adequately diluted 4. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass 5. Garnish with a twist of orange peel NOTES The original recipe calls for a sugar cube, soaked in bitters and muddled before adding the ice and whiskey.'
