'Light is Light, and continuous light has its advantages and some cool fixtures that also lend to some benefits when shooting over strobes. Continuous lights are great when you need to shoot both stills and video, and for many other reasons, as I explain in the video. The lights I\'m using for this shoot include the NEW Nanlite 720 and Nanlite 720 B Led light. I\'m using a mix of Fresnel’s, spots, and tubes bounced into nontraditional reflectors like mirrors and mylar. I also give a detailed overview of the Kupo grip that I use from c-stands, roller stands, and clamps.
