'LASALLE College of the Arts presents \'A New Light\' – a virtual fashion show featuring the collections from the 2021 BA(Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles Programme graduating cohort.   ‘Where does the body end and where does dress begin?’ is a question posed by researchers Alexandra Warwick and Dani Cavallaro in their thorough investigation of the notion of dress. This question gains new meanings in the time of the digital expansion, precipitated even more by a pandemic.  As one of the fastest-moving design industries, fashion demonstrates resilience and agility in these unexpected times, and the virtual realm becomes a crucial alternative for fashion to expand, allowing us to connect in new ways as never before. How fashion designers create new possibilities and how their practice impacts an evolving world are crucial topics.
