Introduction: Fast Fashion accidents - Ali Factory Fire, Tazreen Factory Fire, and the Rana Plaza Building Collapse, happened because of one major reason: fast fashion brands’ ignorance of occupational safety and health.   Occupational safety and health of workers were compromised at the cost of a cheap and fast production of clothes in unsafe buildings, construction, architecture and fire-safety wise. So, it was like, first money, then anything else.  This video will take the question of safety and health of workers at sweatshops to another level and explain why they are so important and what has been done at the international level to provide a platform for textile and garment industry workers’ safety and health in order to avoid or at least minimize human costs...
