'The Ultimate 15 Minute Butt Workout | Model Secrets to the Perfect Booty (Peach), Sunrise Training Session, My Victoria\'s Secret Show Casting Preparation | Sanne Vloet  Hey guys,  Is there anything that you guys are excited about? It’s been an amazing summer so far and I am still so glad that I followed your recommendations on traveling to Greece for my little Summer trip. Even when I travel on holiday I find it to be very important to stay healthy and fit. As you guys probably know the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Casting is coming up in a few weeks as well as Fashion Week so it wasn’t too hard to find the motivation to push myself while I was away!   So next month New York Fashion Week is going to start again and since I am going to be attending the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Casting I thought I would share a part of my workout that you guys have been asking me about for sometime, my secrets to the BOOTY! For me it’s is nice to work towards certain goals whether physical or mental, and every September I try to work a little bit harder and smarter to reach my goals! We should all set a goal for ourselves for the start of the Fall so let me know what you guys are wanting to focus on and we can all push each other positively as we try to reach new milestones!  To keep you guys updated this month, I am going to be sharing a few extra fitness videos so you guys can follow along!  Today’s workout I am sharing a 15 Minute Butt Workout! You don’t need any equipment for this and you can literally do this ANYWHERE! If it’s super nice outside or you have some extra room in your apartment it’s really simple to do! All the exercises are very controlled, this way you can target the right muscles and feel the intensity. We are working on different angels and it is important to keep your muscles tight (or squeezed) during the workout for the most effective results. We will do 10 reps of 50 seconds for each exercise and we will have a 10 second break in-between each one!  You guys ready? After you try it out let me know how you feel!
