'On April 24, 2013, 1,100 garment workers in Bangladesh lost their lives in the Rana Plaza collapse. 2,500 more were injured. The victims were mostly young women, making clothing for major brands. Today we think of the true cost of our clothing, bags, blankets, and more. We reflect on this tragedy and we use this momentum to move forward with intention and change the world of fashion. We encourage you to ask #WhoMadeMyClothes and DEMAND answers. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Sari Bari is an ethical fashion business that employs women who have been exploited in the sex trade or who are vulnerable to human trafficking.
