'Fashion industry is the world 2nd pollution-caused industry made by human. Lots of us buy more than we need and large amount of clothes are made from fossil fuel\'s product, chemical fertilizers and NGO seeds that harms water, air and soil but there are also large amount of clothes ended up in landfills, not be recycled. Fast fashion has the bad effects to environment, and to personal finance, cultural heritage also. Is it a supprise that a jean jacket\'s cost is just $3 to pay for cotton farmers and the makers but can be sold to be over $30 or more for the brands. Someone says that we are living in another Slavery industry which ones can be a slave of someone\'s needs : Food, Clothes, Machines, etc. There should be alway ways to set freedom and happy at workplace to fashion designers, fashion makers and fashion farmers where their values are committed, loved and paid right! There are social enterprises who are solving that #FairTrading, #Environment, #HeritageDevelop in Fashion with their intelligent business models. They are in over the world: Beirut, London, Paris, Mexico, Philippine, Vietnam, etc which are connected by MakeSense Gangsters. And by this connection, we hope we can work together to raise awareness in #SlowFashion consumption, support fashion social enterprises and inspire more people to consume/startup in social business. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The video is an introduction about MakeSense Vietnam hotspot _FairWear Fashion Tribe and a Call to volunteers who want to help me organize Fashion Revolution Week in April; facilitate workshops; interview more social enterprises.
