'Why get throwing, when you can get sewing? West London Waste Authority\'s Fashion Revolution Week Haulternative video explores our community sewing workshops run in the west London area. Every year an estimated £140 million worth of used clothing is thrown away in the UK. In order to reduce textile waste we run sewing skill workshops. These workshops encourage and develop sewing skills to repair and upcycle clothes, extending the life of items.'
