So when the first pieces from their Spring 2013 collection at Milan Fashion Week were all white, we were a little bit stunned. And we worried for a second that there would be no prints to speak of. But alas, how could there be a Missoni without prints and fortunately for everyone who loves the Missoni look, the prints came soon enough, in new, bold colors like emerald green and burnt orange. The knit, this time around, was done differently and brought to the stage under a veil, with multiple layers and textures that gave us a Missoni we\'re not entirely used to--but who wants the same patterns over and over again anyway? We like the Missoni team is experimenting here. Although not everything is an experiment. Apparently when Missoni first came out (they\'re celebrating their 60th anniversary this year), it was more monochromatic than the prints we\'ve come to know and love today.
