'http://www.FashionTV.com/videos MILAN- Francesco Scognamiglio showcased his Fall/ Winter 2013-2014 collection at Milan fashion week displaying a collection picking up styles of the 1940\'s. Retro styles such as ruffles, turtlenecks, high waisted pants and broad shoulders graced the runway. Almost fully in either white or black, the pants were all high waisted and of flowing material while dresses-whether short or full length- remained form fitting yet beautifully free flowing on the bottom.
