'1 large russet potato peeled and boiled until tender, mash potato. This can be done by hand or a mixer.. When its smashed smooth & no lumps begin adding powder sugar 1 cup at a time. Continue adding powder sugar until mixture becomes like pulled taffy. Cut in half. This will make 2 logs. Use powder sugar to roll out to about 1/2 inch thick into rectangle or square size onto plastic wrap or wax paper you will need it to roll into log. Then spread peanut butter, Nutella or melted chocolate chips. Roll into log. I recommend chilling before slicing. It is good but extra sweet!! This was my first time making this candy and it turned out very good.... I just didn\'t roll the log tight enough. Also I didnt realize it was for 2 logs. So I being me made 1 GIANT LOG!!!
