'Need a quick and easy and delicious muffin recipe? Good for breakfast lunch or dinner… And even as a snack. Some old fashion cooking going on here with some chicken noodle soup and cheddar cheese biscuits. This was my mother-in-law Ruth Wilson‘s recipe that she brought over with her from when she was a missionary in Africa. Cheddar cheese biscuits: 1 cup of self rising flour 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup of milk 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise Mixed together and place in a greased muffin tin. Makes six muffins. 425° for 12 minutes Chicken noodle soup made with what you have: I cooked one roast chicken in the crockpot I cut the chicken in half and used half of the meat and added that to a large pot. I took the chicken broth that was made in the crockpot and poured it over the chicken in the pot. I added one container of chicken broth in addition. I added 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce, 4 diced carrots, a tablespoon of garlic powder, a tablespoon of onion powder, and 2 tablespoons of dried vegetables. My secret ingredient I added 1 tablespoon of Marmite. I brought this to a boil and then added about 1-1 1/2 cups of my favorite pasta. I let this cook down until the pasta was cooked and then served along with two cheddar cheese biscuits
