'2 Cups Granulated Sugar 2 cups raw peanuts 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup of water 2 tbsp. of butter 1 cup light corn syrup 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp baking soda Have a large cookie sheet butter or greased for pouring out hot candy mix on. In a large skillet or pan mix sugar, salt and water. Use a candy thermometer boil on medium heat to temp of 250. Add raw peanuts and stir constantly until temp reaches 300. Pull off heat add butter, vanilla mix. Then add baking soda mix thoroughly and pour out on butter pan let cool.'
